Faces of Killers

Many of the horror films on the market today, don't tend to include the killers faces - meaning they usually have a mask on. Many of the films I looked at, such as Scream, Friday the Thirteenth, Saw and The Strangers

However, when we discussed the possibility of having a mask on a killer we tended to shy away from the idea as it became too much hassle for such a minor thing with less that five seconds screen time therefore we completely declined the idea and decided to go with not having our killers face on screen at all. This will work in our favour as it will build up more tension and suspense and make the audience want to watch the rest of the film.
