Practical- doll & teddy bears

For our film we want the child to have lots of toys that have been burnt and distorted by rain, mud and being used for years
I went to the charity shop and bought a doll and two teddies
The doll originally looked like this, I used coffee, mud, fake blood, Halloween make up and burnt the hair and face to make it melt

I then took the teddies and did the same thing

All of these things will go in the child's lair along with drawings and bed linen
I think that the burner plastic was really effective looking, it looked dirty and so black that is makes a contrast to te innocent doll. However, it would have been more effective if the plastic had actually melted as of half the face was dropping away.
In future I would like to find more teddies that were in the shape of babies and children as I find these more freaky and scary to begin with, also it shows the difference between normally little dolls and the demon girl

I could also focuse on ripping some of the teddies insides out more as this shows a desire to ruin and to kill, just like the demon would want to do
