Making the Flipbook

•  We decided to make our own production company to go along with Ghost House Productions.
• It needed to be in the supernatural horror genre, so that it would suit our film opening
• We decided to go with a young girl who is influenced from one of the deconstructions that I did on flipbook animations, and it is drawn in quite a cartoonish way, which would give it an eerie feel.
• Using a young girl would also also link very well to our film opening.
• We then added some blood coming out of the eyes so that it would relate to horror, because it would make the audience feel uncomfortable.
• To make the flipbook I got a small booklet and penciled in all the sketches before penning them all in with a black felt pen.
